Your Main Contact Person: The Account Manager
Your main contact person is your account manager. They plan, coordinate and manage all projects from start to finish. Coordinating briefings, logistic issues, quotations and invoices - they are at the heart of everything happening, regardless if it's model castings, fitting sessions or set design.
Location Scouting.
Do you need a special location for your shooting in Shanghai or China? Or perhaps you have a first initial idea for a site but you don't know where you can find such a location? Talk to your account manager who be will be happy to assist you.
Model Castings.
We manage every aspect of a model casting. First, you let us know what you are looking for in regards to gender, age, height, skin tone, budget, etc. Than, we will coordinate a first "email model casting" with our associated model agencies, who will provide the (digital) comp cards of models matching your requirements. At this point you can choose the models you like, who are then invited to the actual casting for the shoot in our photo studio in Shanghai.
Fitting Sessions.
We regularly organize fitting sessions prior to shootings to make ensure that the selected model perfectly fits into the chosen clothes. This is in particular important for fashion shootings where the clothes are the critical element of the photographic outcome. Ideally, a client representative as well as the actual wardrobe stylist and photographer are present during this fitting.
Set Design & Building.
We can arrange and manage every facet of set design and set building including the prop hunting. Our stylists know where to get what prop to liven up a set - either by purchasing or renting it. Most products can be rented for a rental fee of usually 10% to 30% of the purchase value.

Property and Model Releases.
Our producers know the do's and don'ts of property and model releases. Every time for example you photograph a model, it is absolutely critical to get the model "to consent" by signing a model release form - otherwise, if you do not have the consent of the model, you don't have the official permission to use the images you took! The same applies for properties ! In this case, you should always get a property release form signed, especially when dealing with eye-catching and famous locations such as hotels, museums, and so on.
Permit and Customs Handling.
We are experienced in getting all kinds of special permits associated with photography permits such as shooting permissions, or first even gaining access to special areas such as airports, laboratories, shipyards, and so on. We regularly arrange to get invitation letters from companies in other.
Briefing and Schedule.
To kick off a project, one of our account managers will walk you through our fast and simple briefing questionnaire. This process was not only designed for us to find out exactly what your needs are, but also to inspire you and trigger off new ideas.
Logistics and Coordination.
Regardless if you produce small electronic components, tools or high-end fashion products, we have extensive experience in dealing with just one or thousands of products at the same time. Do you have to deal with customs questions, import regulations or weight limitations? Ask your account manager the do's and don'ts for a speedy process.
Photography.
It's shooting time! By now, your appointed shooting crew is briefed and knows exactly what to do. All your requirements, such as, the number of visuals, angles, lighting, contrast and so on, are defined in detail. Your account manager will oversee the shooting to make sure we achieve the results you desire.
Retouching.
After the photography, we don't stop. Each one of your selected images is cleaned up, retouched and enhanced. At the end of the process, you get the best possible result: stunning images! Not to worry, our in-house retouching team is experienced with all kinds of images.
Graphic Design.
Our graphic designers provide creative layouts for product catalogues, image brochures, packaging and other marketing material and also work hand-in-hand with our photographers to art direct photo shootings on the set.
Image Delivery.
Once you have reviewed and approved all shots, it's time for the image delivery. You can choose between receiving a CD/DVD via mail or downloading your images immediately from our server.
